Every year, around 300 artists are selected for Fellowships across seven artistic disciplines. The sole determining factor for acceptance is the level of artistic excellence displayed. There are no costs associated with this residency program, and we want to make it available to artists from all communities, which is why travel grants and stipends are made available to those who need them. Regardless of their status as established or upcoming artists, everyone is welcome to apply. The areas of focus for this program include architecture, film and video arts, literature, music composition, theatre, interdisciplinary arts, and visual arts. If any applicant proposes a project outside of these fields, they're encouraged to contact the admissions department for assistance. With our admissions process, we strive to be inclusive, not exclusive.
